SAMPLE CONDITIONS OF HIRE (TEST — replace with your own)

1. The hirer is responsible for the hall and its contents for the whole of the hire, including setting up and clearing away.

2. The hall must be left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed.

3. Any damage must be reported to the booking secretary the same day.
